อิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำของครูและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนธัญรัตน์

Abstract

การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของครูและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของครู กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนธัญรัตน์ อำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี ทั้งหมดจำนวน 186 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคมากกว่า .80 ทุกด้าน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ครูที่ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 31 -35 ปี มีระดับการศึกษา ในระดับปริญญาตรี มีอายุการทำงานระหว่าง 3 - 5 ปี รายได้ต่อเดือนครูส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้ต่อเดือนระหว่าง 15,001 - 20,000 บาท ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำของครูที่มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุดต่อผลการปฏิบัติงาน คือ ด้านการเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง สำหรับสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ด้านคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของงานมีอิทธิพลมากที่สุดต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานด้านเวลาและ ด้านคุณภาพ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยมีอิทธิพลต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานด้านปริมาณมากที่สุด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This independent study aimed to investigate the impact of teachers’ leadership and work environment on teachers’ effectiveness. The target group consisted of 186 teachers working in Thanyarat school, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani province. The research instrument used for collecting data was questionnaires (Cronbach's Alpha= .80). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics - frequency distributions, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The study revealed that most of the target group were female, aged 31-35, with a bachelor degree. They had been working for three to five years. Their average monthly incomes were 15,001-20,000. The hypothesis testing pointed out that among three teachers’ leadership aspects, the teacher leadership for change was the most influential aspect of teachers’ effectiveness. In accordance with work environment, the job characteristics had the greatest impact on teachers’ effectiveness including their time management and their quality of work. Moreover, the security factor of work environment had the most influence on the quantity of work at the significance level of 0.05.
