ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกสมาคมสัตวแพทย์ที่ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์สมาคมสัตวแพทย์ผู้ประกอบการบำบัดโรคสัตว์แห่งประเทศไทย

Abstract

การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกสมาคมสัตวแพทย์ที่ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์สมาคมสัตวแพทย์ผู้ประกอบการบำบัดโรคสัตว์แห่งประเทศไทยกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ สมาชิกสมาคมสัตวแพทย์ผู้ประกอบการบำบัดโรคสัตว์แห่งประเทศไทยที่ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์สมาคมสัตวแพทย์ผู้ประกอบการบำบัดโรคสัตว์แห่งประเทศไทย ทั้งหมด จำนวน 336 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคมากกว่า .90 ทุกด้าน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สมาชิกสมาคมสัตวแพทย์ผู้ประกอบการบำบัดโรคสัตว์แห่งประเทศไทย ที่ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 30 - 39 ปี ในระดับการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีอาชีพเป็นสัตวแพทย์บริษัทเอกชน รายได้ต่อเดือนของสัตวแพทย์ส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้ต่อเดือนระหว่าง 35,000 - 45,000 บาท และประสบการณ์ทำงาน 6 - 10 ปี โดยผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า 1) ด้านคุณภาพเว็บไซต์ ด้านการบริการ (B = 0.471) ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกสมาคมสัตวแพทย์ฯ ที่ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ในภาพรวมมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านข้อมูล (B = 0.657) และด้านเทคนิค (B = 1.159) ตามลำดับอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (R) เท่ากับ 0.836 2) ด้านการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี การรับรู้ประโยชน์ (B = 0.076) ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกสมาคมสัตวแพทย์ที่ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ในภาพรวมมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ การรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน (B = 0.061) ตามลำดับอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.05 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (R) เท่ากับ 0.371

The objective of this independent study was to study the factors that affected the satisfaction of members of the Veterinary Association who used the website of the Veterinary Practitioner Association of Thailand. The target group used in this research was 336 members of the Veterinary Practitioners Association of Thailand who used the website of the Veterinary Association of Veterinary Practitioners of Thailand. The research instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire which had The Cronbach's alpha coefficient more than .90 in all aspects. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The study results showed that most respondents who were members of the Veterinary Association of Animal Disease Entrepreneurs of Thailand using the website were females, aged 30 - 39 years old with a bachelor's degree, worked as veterinarians at a private company, had an average monthly income between 35,000 - 45,000 baht, and 6 - 10 years of work experience. The hypothesis testing revealed that 1) website quality services (B = 0.471) affected the satisfaction of the members of the Veterinary Association who used the website the most overall, followed by data (B = 0.657) and technical π(B = 1.159), respectively and there was the statistical significance at the level of 0.05 and the multiple correlation coefficient (R) 0.836. 2) In terms of technology acceptance, the perception of benefits (B = 0.076) significantly affected the satisfaction of the members of the Veterinary Association who used the website as a whole, followed by the perceived ease of use (B = 0.061), respectively, and there was the statistical significance at the level of 0.05 and had a multiple correlation coefficient (R) at 0.371.
