dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research were to study: 1) the level of organizational climate of secondary schools under the Saraburi Provincial Education Office, 2) the level of the professional learning community of teachers in secondary schools under the Saraburi Provincial Education Office, and 3) the relationship between the organizational climate and professional learning community of teachers in secondary schools under the Saraburi Provincial Education Office. The samples were 291 teachers from secondary schools under the Saraburi Provincial Education Office. The research instrument was a 5-rating-scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation. The research findings revealed that: 1) the overall and five aspects of the organizational climate of schools under secondary school under the Saraburi Provincial Education Office was at a high level, 2) the overall and six aspects of the professional learning community of teachers in secondary schools under the Saraburi Provincial Education Office was also at a high level, and 3) all aspects of the organizational climate were positively correlated with those of the professional learning community of teachers in secondary schools under the Saraburi Provincial Education Office at the 0.05 significance level with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.73.en
