การพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ด้วยกระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้ แบบ 5E ร่วมกับการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เรื่อง การจัดการผลผลิตทางการเกษตร สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ด้วยกระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้แบบ 5E ร่วมกับการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่ได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ด้วยกระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้แบบ 5E ร่วมกับการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาเจตคติของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่ได้รับการ จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ด้วยกระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้แบบ 5E ร่วมกับการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เรื่อง การจัดการผลผลิตทางการเกษตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนหนองรีประชานิมิต ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 18 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ด้วยกระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้แบบ 5E ร่วมกับการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ 2) แบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียน และ 3) แบบสอบถามวัดเจตคติของนักเรียน มีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าประสิทธิภาพกิจกรรมการสอน (E[subscript1]/E[subscript2]) สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย (X̅) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และค่า t-test for dependent Sample ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ด้วยกระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้แบบ 5E ร่วมกับการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ มีประสิทธิภาพ 80.28/80.20 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) ผลการศึกษาทักษะปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่ได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ด้วยกระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้แบบ 5E ร่วมกับการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ มีระดับทักษะปฏิบัติงานเฉลี่ย (X̅) เท่ากับ 3.24 อยู่ในระดับมาก 3) นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่ได้รับการจัดกิจกรรม การเรียนการสอนด้วยกระบวนการสืบเสาะหาความรู้แบบ 5E ร่วมกับการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เรื่อง การจัดการผลผลิตทางการเกษตร มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านเจตคติหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop and determine the efficiency of learning activities using the integrated teaching techniques of the 5E Inquiry Approach and the use of social media, 2) to study the working skills of secondary 3 (grade 9) students through the learning activities using the integrated teaching techniques of the 5E Inquiry Approach and the use of social media, and 3) to study students’ attitudes towards the developed learning activities using the integrated teaching techniques of the 5E Inquiry Approach and the use of social media on agricultural product management. The samples of this research were: 18 secondary 3 (grade 9) students at Nongri Prachanimit school, in academic year 2019. The research instruments were 1) learning activities using the integrated techniques of the 5E Inquiry Approach and the use of social media, 2) students’ working skills assessment form, and 3) a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were mean, standard deviation and t-test for Dependent Sample. The results of this research indicated that: 1) the efficiency of learning activities using the integrated teaching techniques of the 5E Inquiry Approach and the use of social media was 80.28/80.20, which met the efficiency criteria of 80/80, 2) the working skills of secondary 3 (grade 9) students after being taught with the integrated teaching techniques of the 5E Inquiry Approach and the use of social media were at a high level with 3.24 , and 3) students’ attitudes towards the developed learning activities after being taught with the integrated teaching techniques of the 5E Inquiry Approach and the use of social media on agricultural product management were higher than before with the statistical significance level of 0.01.
