ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี และ 3) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 322 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี พบว่า ตัวแปรที่มีอำนาจในการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ ด้านการสร้างแรงจูงใจ ด้านการมีบารมี ด้านความคิดอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ตามลำดับ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยมีอานาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 87.60 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ 0.207

This research aimed to: 1) investigate the leadership of the administrators of schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) examine the effectiveness of the schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 3) explore the administrators’ leadership affecting the effectiveness of the schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample group, derived from cluster sampling, consisted of 322 teachers of schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, the academic year 2020. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistical techniques used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results revealed the followings: 1) the overall leadership of the administrators of schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level. 2) The overall effectiveness of the schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office was also at a high level. 3) The aspects of the administrators’ leadership with the highest capability to predict the effectiveness of the schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office were the ability to generate motivation, charisma, and creative thinking, respectively, at the statistically significant level of .05. The predictive power of all said factors reached 87.60 with an error range of 0.207.
