การศึกษาสมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่อง “การศึกษาสมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยี ราชมงคลธัญบุรี และ 2) เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ บุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จำนวน 315 คน สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) และค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) แล้วนำเสนอ เชิงพรรณนาความสถิติทดสอบแบบเอฟ (f-test) หลักการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบจำแนก ทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี พบว่า สมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านการบริการที่ดี และด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ ด้านการสั่งสมความเชี่ยวชาญในงานอาชีพ และด้านการยึดมั่น ในความถูกต้องชอบธรรม และจริยธรรม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่ง ประเภทบุคลากร และระยะเวลาปฎิบัติงาน พบว่า บุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีที่มีเพศ และระดับการศึกษา แตกต่างกัน มีระดับสมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 บุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีที่มีอายุ ตำแหน่ง ประเภทบุคลากร และระยะเวลาปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกันมีระดับสมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
