ความคิดเห็นด้านบ้านพักสวัสดิการ ของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นต่อบ้านพักสวัสดิการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับบ้านพักสวัสดิการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากรที่พักอาศัยในบ้านพักสวัสดิการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จำนวน 220 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์ ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นสภาพปัจจุบันต่อบ้านพักสวัสดิการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านค่าใช้จ่ายมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ความคิดเห็นสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ต่อบ้านพักสวัสดิการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านค่าใช้จ่ายมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด และความต้องการจำเป็น ต่อบ้านพักสวัสดิการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI[subscript Modified]) สูงที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและความปลอดภัยและ 2) แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับบ้านพักสวัสดิการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี พบว่า ด้านที่พักอาศัย พบว่า ไม่ควรเลี้ยงสัตว์และไม่ควรให้อาหารสัตว์บริเวณพื้นที่โดยรอบที่พักอาศัย ควรให้ผู้มีสถานภาพโสดสามารถพักเดี่ยวได้ โดยเรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มมากขึ้น ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่พักอาศัย พบว่า ควรมีการจัดสวนหย่อมด้านหน้าและด้านข้างอาคาร หรือจัดให้การประกวดอาคารบ้านพักสวัสดิการที่มีการบำรุงรักษาความสะอาดเรียบร้อย ด้านสุขลักษณะ พบว่า ควรมีการปรับปรุงเพื่อเพิ่มแรงดันน้ำในช่วงเวลากลางคืน สำหรับถังขยะควรมีการแยกประเภทขยะและควรมีฝาปิด ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและความปลอดภัย พบว่า ควรจัดหาเจ้าหน้าที่รักษา ความปลอดภัยสำรวจตรวจตราตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง สำหรับอุปกรณ์เครื่องเล่นและสนามเด็กเล่น ควรบำรุงรักษาให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้ หรือหาอุปกรณ์เครื่องเล่นใหม่ ๆ มาทดแทน และด้านค่าใช้จ่าย พบว่า มีการบริหารจัดการในการชำระเงินที่เหมาะสม แต่ควรเพิ่มทางเลือกด้วยการหักบัญชีธนาคาร ตามความสมัครใจของผู้พักอาศัย และติดบอร์ดประชาสัมพันธ์แสดงรายการรับจ่ายเงินจากค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนกลางเพื่อให้เกิดความโปร่งใส

This research aimed to 1) investigate the opinions on the current state, the desired state, and the Priority Needs Index for welfare housing at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, and 2) explore the problem-solving approach and recommendations regarding welfare housing at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The research sample consisted of 220 personnel living in the welfare housing of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The key informants included fifteen personnel. The instruments were questionnaires and interview forms. To analyze the data, the researcher conducted statistics consisting of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis for the qualitative study. The results revealed that 1) the overall opinions on the current state of welfare housing at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi showed a high level. In this particular area, “expenses” have the highest average. The desired state for welfare housing at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi indicated the high level at which the “expenses” have the highest average. The Priority Needs Index for Welfare Housing at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi found that “facilities and safety” showed the highest PNI[subscript Modified]. 2) The problem-solving approach and recommendations regarding welfare housing at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi involved the following methods: Accommodation: animals should not be kept and fed in the area surrounding the residences. People with single status should be able to stay alone by charging more expenses. Environment outside the residence: There should be a garden in front and on the side of the building or a welfare housing project that was kept clean and tidy. Gardens should be arranged in front and on the side of the building. A welfare housing contest should be organized to maintain cleanliness. Hygiene: Water pressure should be improved during the night. Trash cans should be separated by waste type with a lid. Facilities and safety: Security guards should be provided to patrol the property 24 hours a day. Play equipment and playground equipment should be maintained in usable condition or replaced by new play equipment. Expenses: Payments were managed appropriately. However, the payment should provide residents with a voluntary direct debit option. Posting information boards showing receipts from common expenses to ensure convenience. transparent. A list of payments received from central expenses should be displayed on a public information board to ensure transparency.
