แนวทางการใช้แอปพลิเคชันไกลด์สำหรับการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สำนักงานส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ประจำจังหวัดสระแก้ว

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การใช้แอปพลิเคชันไกลด์สำหรับการบริหารงาน วิชาการของสถานศึกษา และ 2) แนวทางพัฒนาการใช้แอปพลิเคชันไกลด์สำหรับการบริหารงานวิชาการ ของสถานศึกษา สำนักงานส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ประจำจังหวัดสระแก้ว กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ประจำจังหวัดสระแก้ว จำนวน 122 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสัมภาษณ์ ได้แก่ ครูผู้ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการใช้แอปพลิเคชันไกลด์ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .99 และแบบสัมภาษณ์สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การใช้แอปพลิเคชันไกลด์สำหรับการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 2) แนวทางพัฒนาการใช้แอปพลิเคชันไกลด์ สำหรับการบริหารงาน วิชาการของสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา มีการส่งเสริมการใช้ แอปพลิเคชันไกลด์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน และปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับ มาตรฐานของหลักสูตรการศึกษานอกระบบ (2) ด้านการวัดผล และประเมินผล ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลวิเคราะห์ผลการเรียนรู้ และประเมินผลที่สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการศึกษา (3) ด้านการดำเนินการเทียบโอน ผลการเรียน ให้บริการตรวจสอบ ยื่นคำขอเทียบโอนผลการเรียน และจัดเก็บข้อมูลในระบบฐานข้อมูลที่ทันสมัย (4) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษา ใช้ประเมินผลการสอนของครูด้วยการสร้าง แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล พร้อมติดตามพัฒนาการของครูในด้านการสอน (5) ด้านการนิเทศภายใน สถานศึกษา ใช้ในการแบ่งปันแผนการนิเทศและติดตามความก้าวหน้า เพื่อปรับปรุงแผนการนิเทศและ เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการสื่อสารระหว่างผู้บริหารและครู

The aims of this research were to study: 1) the use of Glide application on academic administration and 2) the development guidelines for the Glide application on academic administration of Sa Kaeo Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement. The research samples consisted of 122 teachers of Sa Kaeo Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement. The key informants included 5 teachers who were experts in the Glide application. The research instruments were questionnaires with a reliability score of .99 and interview forms. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research results showed that: 1) the use of Glide application for academic administration was at a high level, and 2) SaKaeo Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement provided suggestions in five areas for the development of the Glide application on academic administration. The suggestions included: (1) Development of the educational institution's curriculum: to analyze student learning data and adjust the curriculum to meet the requirements of the non-formal education curriculum, school administrators advocated the use of the Glide application. (2) Measurement and evaluation: the Glide software was developed to gather information, examine learning objectives and assess results that adhered to educational standard requirements. (3) Academic transfer process: school administrators supported the development of the Glide application to provide services for checking, submitting academic transfer requests and storing information in a modern database. (4) Teaching management in educational institutions: school administrators created surveys, conducted data analysis and monitored teachers’ development in teaching performance. (5) In-school supervision: The Glide application was used to share supervision plans, monitor progress and enhance communication between administrators and instructors.
