ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว 2) ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อ ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ ข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว จำนวน 338 คน และวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว พบว่า ตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา มี 3 ตัวแปร คือ ด้านการสร้าง แรงบันดาลใจ ด้านการสนับสนุนวัฒนธรรมองค์กร และด้านการควบคุมและประเมินกลยุทธ์ ตามลำดับ สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สระแก้ว ได้ร้อยละ 62.50 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

This research aimed to: 1) investigate the strategic leadership of school administrators under the Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) explore the effectiveness of schools under the Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 3) examine the strategic leadership of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of schools under the Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research samples consisted of 338 teachers from the schools under the Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office, derived from cluster sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise regression analysis. The research results revealed that: 1) the overall strategic leadership of school administrators was at the high level. 2) The overall effectiveness of schools was also at the high level. 3) Regarding the strategic leadership of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of schoolsunder the Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office, there were 3 variables that could together predict school effectiveness: creating inspiration, organizational culture support, and control and strategic evaluation, respectively. The variables could jointly predict school effectiveness under the Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office at 62.50% with a statistical significance level of .05.
