Research on Human Resource Management Based on Corporate Culture: Evidence from Chinese New Venture Enterprises

Abstract

There is a synergistic effect between corporate culture and human resource management, and successful human resource management needs to be based on adapting and supporting organizational culture. This study constructs measurement indicator systems based on the three dimensions of corporate culture (material culture, system culture, and spiritual culture), and empirically tests the impact effects of different types of corporate culture on human resource management practices in Chinese new venture enterprises. This study collected 400 first-hand valid data in the form of a questionnaire. SPSS software was used to conduct reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The data analysis results show that material culture, system culture, and spiritual culture all have a significant positive impact on human resource management practices in Chinese new venture enterprises, and all research hypotheses proposed in this article have been validated. Among these three influencing factors, spiritual culture has the greatest impact; the impact of system culture is moderate, while the impact of material culture is minimal.
