การศึกษาการวางแผนงานและจัดทำกำหนดการก่อสร้างด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์

Abstract

โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ถูกนำมาใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายในการวางแผนงานและจัดทำกำหนดการก่อสร้างในปัจจุบันเนื่องจากสามารถช่วยให้การทำงานรวดเร็วขึ้นได้มาก แต่อย่างไรก็ดีโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการวางแผนงานและจัดทำกำหนดการก่อสร้างยังมีปัญหาและอุปสรรคในทางปฏิบัติอยู่บ้าง วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้คือการทดลองใช้งานโปรแกรมประเภทวางแผนงานและจัดทำกำหนดการก่อสร้างในหน่วยงานก่อสร้างจริง เพื่อรวบรวมปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่สำคัญในการใช้งานเชิงปฏิบัติ การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติถูกนำมาใช้เป็นระเบียบวิธีการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยได้ทดลองใช้งานโปรแกรมวางแผนงานและจัดทำกำหนดการด้วยตนเองพร้อมไปกับการติดตามความก้าวหน้าของโครงการกรณีศึกษา วิธีการวิจัยยังประกอบด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ใช้งานที่เชี่ยวชาญโปรแกรมประเภทนี้อีก 4 ท่าน ปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะจากการทดลองใช้และการสัมภาษณ์ ถูกรวบรวมเป็นข้อสรุปของงานวิจัย ผลที่ได้รับปรากฏว่าปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่สำคัญในการใช้งานโปรแกรมวางแผนงานและจัดทำกำหนดการก่อสร้างในทางปฏิบัติได้แก่ การปรับตั้งวันในปฏิทิน การกำหนดค่างานที่มีลักษณะต่อเนื่อง การเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับโปรแกรมประเภทตารางคำนวณเพื่อจัดทำรายงานความก้าวหน้าในลักษณะเส้นโค้งตัวเอส และการจัดทำรายงานให้สะดวกต่อผู้ใช้งาน

Computer software is widely adopted in construction planning and scheduling nowadays because it enhance time performance. However, there existed some problems and obstacles. Objective of this research is to experiment the construction planning and scheduling software in an actual construction site to detect operational problems and obstacles. Operational research methodology was adopted in this study. Researcher used planning and scheduling software in a case study construction site along with the project progress. In depth interview was also used with four experts in this software. Problems, obstacles and recommendation were collected from the experiment and the respondents. The result revealed that important problems and obstacles are calendar setting, properties setting of continuous tasks, data transferring to spreadsheet software for s-curve progress report, and user-friendly report making.
