ความตระหนักรู้ถึงความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัยของพนักงานบริษัท เอ็ม.เอส. เฟิรสท์ เอ็นเตอร์ไพรส์ จำกัด

Abstract

การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลมีพฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัยของพนักงาน 2. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความตระหนักรู้กับพฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัยของพนักงาน 3..เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัยมีพฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัยของพนักงาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายคลังสินค้า บริษัท เอ็ม.เอส.เฟริสท์ เอ็นเตอร์ไพรส์ จำกัด จำนวน 100 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติ Independent Sample t-test, (F-test) และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แบบเพียรสัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตสินค้า เป็นเพศหญิง มีสถานภาพสมรส พนักงานไม่มีบุตร มีอายุ 31-40 ปี มีระดับการศึกษามัธยมต้น มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3-5 ปี มีอายุการทำงาน 5 ปีขึ้นไป เคยผ่านการเข้าฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ไม่เคยประสบอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงาน มีความตระหนักรู้อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีพฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยของพนักงานอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า พนักงานที่อยู่ฝ่าย/แผนก เพศ สถานภาพ อายุ และการประสบอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และอายุการทำงานไม่แตกต่างกัน และความตระหนักรู้กับพฤติกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยมีความสัมพันธ์ไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน แต่อยู่ในระดับปานกลางและค่อนข้างต่ำ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05

The objectives of this independent study were to: 1) study personal factors, safety and occupational health behavior of employees, 2) study the relationship between awareness and occupational safety and health behavior of the employees, and 3) study the safety experience with safety and occupational health of the employees. The population of the study were one hundred staff from Production Team and Warehouse Team in MS First Enterprise Company Limited. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent Sample t-test, F-test, and Pearson coefficient. The study results indicated that most of the population were married female employees from Production Team, aged between 31-40 years old, with no children. Their level of education is at Lower-Secondary level and they have about 3-5 years of work experience. Those with over 5 years of work experience have passed a training on work-safety and they had not encountered accidents at work. The hypothesis test results show that the employees with differences in departments, genders, marital status, and with different work-related accidents have similar educational level and work experience. The awareness and safety behavior are also related in the same direction; however, it is at the medium to low significance level of 0.05.
