ความสมดุลระหว่างชีวิตกับการทำงาน และสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทผลิตไอศกรีม

Abstract

การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสมดุลระหว่างชีวิตกับการทำงาน สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน และคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทผลิตไอศกรีม 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทผลิตไอศกรีมแตกต่างกัน 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสมดุลระหว่างชีวิตกับการทำงานและสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทผลิตไอศกรีม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ พนักงานบริษัทผลิตไอศกรีม จำนวน 227 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ค่าทีแบบ Independent การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และสมการถดถอยพหุคูณเชิงเส้น ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับความสมดุลระหว่างชีวิตกับการทำงาน สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานและคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า เพศ อายุ และรายได้ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านระดับการศึกษาและอายุการทำงานที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิเคราะห์ยังพบว่า ความสมดุลระหว่างชีวิตกับการทำงานด้านสติปัญญามีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานทางกายภาพและทางสังคมมีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of this independent study were 1) to investigate the levels of work life balance, work environment and quality of work of ice cream employee, 2) to examine the influence of different personal factors on ice cream employee, and 3) to study the influences of work life balance and work environment on ice cream employees’ quality of work The samples used in this study comprised 227 employees working at ice cream company. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, which comprised frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics, which included independent sample t-test, one – way ANOVA and multiple linear regression. The findings revealed that the overall dimensions of work life balance, work environment and quality of work were rated at a high level. Variations in ice cream employees’ gender, age and salary gave no statistically significant differences in ice cream employees’ quality of work whereas variations in education and experience gave statistically significant differences in ice cream employees’quality of work at a level of 0.05. The study also found that work life balance that wisdom matters affected in ice cream employees’ quality of work at a statistically significant level of 0.05. Additionally, work environment including physical and society had a statistically significant effect on ice cream employees’ quality of work at a level of 0.05 .
