ผลกระทบของการติดต่อสื่อสารภายในองค์กรกับการทำงานเป็นทีมที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานไอที เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การติดต่อสื่อสารภายในองค์กรและการทำงานเป็นทีมที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน 2) การติดต่อสื่อสารภายในองค์กรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการทำงานเป็นทีมของพนักงานไอทีในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ พนักงานกลุ่มเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ Multiple Linear Regression โดยวิธี Stepwise อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) การติดต่อสื่อสารภายในองค์กรโดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) การทำงานเป็นทีมโดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานโดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 4) การทำงานเป็นทีมด้านการมีจุดมุ่งหมายและเป้าหมายร่วมกัน และการมีโครงสร้างทีมงานมีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานในภาพรวม 5) การติดต่อสื่อสารภายในองค์กรด้านทิศทางและลักษณะมีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานในภาพรวม และ 6) การติดต่อสื่อสารภายในองค์กรโดยภาพรวมมีอิทธิพลต่อการทำงานเป็นทีมโดยภาพรวม

The objectives of the study were 1) to investigate communication in the organization and team working that had influences on work efficiency, and 2) to examine communication in the organization that had influences on team working of the IT employees in Bangkok. The sample used in the study consisted of 400 employees of the information and communication technology group in Bangkok. The data were collected through the use of questionnaire, and were analyzed applying Mean, Standard Deviation, Multiple Linear Regression applying the Stepwise method at 0.05 Level of significance. The results of the study revealed that 1) the average of overall communication in the organization was at the highest level, 2) the average of overall team working was at the highest level, 3) the average of overall team working efficiency was at the highest level, 4) the team working with common purposes and goals, and the team work structure had influences on the overall work efficiency, and 6) the overall communication in the organization had influences on the overall team working.
