dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research was to study the level of communication patterns within the organization, the level of communication efficiency within the organization, the relationship between communication styles within the organization, and the efficiency of internal communication of employees of Future Park Rangsit Shopping Center. The samples of this study were 359 permanent employees working in shopping centers. The research instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The statistics used to test the hypothesis were Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. The results of the research showed that most of the samples were unmarried, male, aged under 30 years old, with an education level below a bachelor’s degree, earning 10,000 - 20,000 Baht/month, a job position in the operation, and with work experience of 0 - 5 years. The samples had opinions on the patterns of internal communication at a high level, the efficiency of communication within the organization at a high level, and the communication patterns within the organization had a relationship with the efficiency of communication within the organization at a high level, overall. The hypothesis testing result revealed that employees with personal factors such as gender, age, income, education, level of position, status, and work experience had no difference in overall communication efficiency in the organization, and the communication patterns within the organization had a relationship with the efficiency of communication in the organization in the same direction with the statistically significance at 0.05.en
