Abstract: งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานการเงินและบัญชี คณะเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานด้านการเงินและบัญชี คณะเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จำแนกปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่ง อายุการงานในการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยใช้ประชากรทั้งหมดเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากผู้ใช้บริการงานการเงินและบัญชี จำนวน 72 คน ด้วยเครื่องมือแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่มีความน่าเชื่อถือ 0.95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ซึ่งได้แก่ การทดสอบหาความ แตกต่างค่าที (T-test) และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way Anova) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผู้รับบริการงานการเงินและบัญชีแบ่งเป็นบุคลากรสายวิชาการจำนวน 50 คน สายสนับสนุนจำนวน 22 คน เป็นเพศชาย จำนวน 37 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 51.39 และเพศหญิง จำนวน 35 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 48.61 โดยแบ่งตามวุฒิการศึกษาคือ ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีจำนวน 17 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 23.61 ระดับปริญญาโท จำนวน 41 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 56.95 และ ระดับปริญญาเอก จำนวน 14 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 19.44 ทั้งนี้ เมื่อแบ่งตามอายุการทำงาน พบว่าเป็นบุคลากรที่มีอายุงาน ระหว่าง 1 – 3 ปี จำนวน 32 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 44.44, อายุงานระหว่าง 4 – 6 ปี จำนวน 13 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 18.05, อายุงานระหว่าง 7 – 9 ปี จำนวน 7 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 9.72, อายุงานระหว่าง 10 – 12 ปี จำนวน 4 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 5.56, อายุงานระหว่าง 13 – 15 ปี จำนวน 4 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 5.56, อายุงานระหว่าง 16 – 18 ปี จำนวน 2 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 2.78, และอายุงานระหว่าง 19 – 21 ปี จำนวน 3 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.17 2. บุคลากรที่เป็นเพศชายและเพศหญิงมีความพึงพอใจในประสิทธิภาพการทำงานการเงินและ บัญชีไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับผู้ใช้บริการที่มีระดับ การศึกษาแตกต่างกัน พบว่าบุคลากรที่มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาเอกมีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด X̅= 3.69 รองลงมาคือผู้ใช้บริการที่มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี X̅ = 3.57 และปริญญาโท X̅ = 3.50 ตามลำดับ แต่เมื่อนำมาทดสอบความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติพบว่าทุกระดับการศึกษามีความพึงพอใจในประสิทธิภาพการทางเงินและบัญชีไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ทั้งนี้ บุคลากรที่เป็นบุคลากรสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุนมีความพึงพอใจในประสิทธิภาพ การทางานการเงินและบัญชีไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจในประสิทธิภาพการทำงานการเงินการบัญชีของผู้ใช้บริการที่มีอายุงานที่แตกต่างกันพบว่ามีความพึงพอใจในประสิทธิภาพการทำงานการเงินและบัญชีไม่แตกต่างกันอย่าง มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และเมื่อทำการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ของประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน และแนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานพบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กัน (r.=0.296)
This research aims to evaluate the efficiency of the financial and accounting performance and to compare the satisfaction of efficiency of the financial and accounting performance of the Faculty of Mass Communication Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The factors of individual are identified into genders, education levels, positions, and employment duration. The researcher has implemented a survey of 72 finance and accounting service users with a research instrument of questionnaires with five-level approximation ratio which a reliability of 0.95. The statistics used to analyze the data are frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, and assumption statistics such as T-test and One-way Anova. The research found that; 1. The service users of finance and accounting works were 50 academic personnel and 22 supporting personnel. Those were 37 males accounted of 51.39 percent, and 35 females accounted of 48.61 percent. The education levels of the respondents were in bachelor degree of 17 people or 23.61 percent, master degree of 41 people or 56.95 percent, and doctoral degree of 14 people or 19.44 percent. When classified from employment durations, 32 people or 44.44 percent, have worked for 1-3 years, 13 people or 18.05 percent, with 4-6 working years, 7 people or 9.72 percent, with 7-9 working years, 4 people or 5.56 percent, with 13-15 working years, 2 people or 2.78 percent, with 16-18 working years, and 3 people or 4.17 percent, with 19-21 working years. 2. The satisfaction results of male and female personnel of finance and accounting efficiency was not so different with statistical significance level of 0.05. When compared with the service users in different education levels, the personnel with doctoral degree contained the highest satisfactory of X̅ = 3. 69 and the personnel with bachelor degree was the second highest of X̅ = 3. 57 followed by the personnel with the master degree of X̅ = 3. 50. However, the statistical test difference witnessed that the personnel of all education levels were satisfactory of efficiency of finance and accounting performance not so different with the statistical level of 0.05. Additionally, the academic and supporting personnel are satisfied with efficiency of finance and accounting performance not so different with statistical level of 0.05. When compared to the satisfaction of finance and accounting work in terms of personnel’s different working years, the satisfaction was not different with the statistical level of 0.05. The performance efficiency and efficient development methods have been tested and found that the relation was at r.=0.296.
