การยอมรับในเทคโนโลยีคลาวด์คอมพิวติ้ง ที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้ระบบสารสนเทศทางการบัญชี สำหรับภาคธุรกิจในมุมมองของผู้ทำบัญชี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการยอมรับในเทคโนโลยีคลาวด์คอมพิวติ้งที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้ระบบสารสนเทศทางการบัญชี สำหรับภาคธุรกิจในมุมมองของผู้ทำบัญชี และเพื่อศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมขององค์กรที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้ระบบสารสนเทศทางการบัญชี สำหรับภาคธุรกิจในมุมมองของผู้ทำบัญชี ซึ่งเป็นรูปแบบใหม่ของการให้บริการด้านซอฟท์แวร์ที่ผนวกเข้ากับเทคโนโลยีคลาวด์คอมพิวติ้ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ผู้ทำบัญชีในภาคธุรกิจ ปฏิบัติงานในสถานประกอบการที่ตั้งอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ประกอบด้วยค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การยอมรับในเทคโนโลยีคลาวด์คอมพิวติ้ง ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย ด้านการรู้ถึงการได้รับประโยชน์ ด้านการรู้ถึงความใช้งานที่ง่าย และด้านการรับรู้เทคโนโลยี ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้ระบบสารสนเทศทางการบัญชี สำหรับภาคธุรกิจในมุมมองของผู้ทำบัญชี และสภาพแวดล้อมขององค์กร ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย ด้านปัจจัยภายในองค์กร และด้านปัจจัยสิ่งแวดล้อมภายนอกองค์กร ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้ระบบสารสนเทศทางการบัญชี สำหรับภาคธุรกิจในมุมมองของผู้ทำบัญชี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The purposes of this research were to study the acceptance of cloud computing technology that affected the decision making to use the accounting information system in business enterprises from the accountants’ perspective, and to study the organizational environment that affected the decision making to use the accounting information system which was a new software as a service integrated with cloud computing technology. The sample in this research were 400 accountants in the business enterprises working in establishments in Bangkok. The research instruments for collecting data were questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis comprised the descriptive statistics: frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation; and the inferential statistics, namely the multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research revealed that the acceptance of cloud computing technology which consisted of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and technology awareness was the main factors affecting the decision making to use the accounting information system in business enterprises from the accountants’ perspective as well as the organizational environment which consisted of the organization’s internal and external factors affecting the decision making to use the accounting information system in business enterprises from the accountants’ perspective at the statistical significant level of 0.05.
