ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการจัดทำโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการ โรงเรียนสาธิตนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการจัดทำโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการและศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการจัดทำโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการ โรงเรียนสาธิตนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากรสายสนับสนุน จำนวน 11 คน และบุคลากรสายวิชาการ จำนวน 37 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 48 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (μ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่สามารถพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จของการจัดทำโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการ โดยใช้สถิติการถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) และการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จของ การจัดทำโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการ โรงเรียนสาธิตนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี โดยใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (Correlation's Analysis) ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson's Correlation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการจัดทำโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการ โรงเรียนสาธิตนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี พบว่า โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเฉพาะปัจจัยรายด้าน พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านองค์กรเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการจัดทำโครงการ อยู่ในระดับมาก เป็นลำดับแรก รองลงมา คือ ปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการจัดการ อยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน และการศึกษาระดับความสำเร็จของการจัดทำโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการโรงเรียนสาธิตนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี พบว่า โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อพบว่า บุคลากรภายในหน่วยงานสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้จากโครงการต่าง ๆ พัฒนาศักยภาพ การทำงานของตนเอง อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดเป็นลำดับแรก รองลงมา คือ สามารถดำเนินโครงการให้บรรลุเป้าประสงค์ของนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์ ไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 80 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เช่นกัน การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการจัดทำโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการ โรงเรียนสาธิตนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการจัดการ และด้านองค์กรสามารถนำมาใช้ในการพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จของการจัดทำโครงการตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการ โรงเรียนสาธิตนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีได้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งมีความแม่นยำในการพยากรณ์ 65.80% และความสำเร็จของการจัดทำโครงการกับปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการจัดการและด้านองค์กรมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับปานกลาง และมีทิศทางความสัมพันธ์ไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน

The purposes of this study were to investigate factors and the relationship of factors affecting the success of implementation of projects according to government action plans of Innovation Demonstration School of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The was population sampling which consisted of 48 staff. There were 11 support staff and 37 academic staff. The instrument was questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation, Multiple Regression Analysis to predict the success of implementation of projects according to government action plans, and Pearson's Correlation to analyze the relationship between the positively correlated factors and the success of implementation of projects according to government action plans. The findings showed that the factor that affected the success of the implementation of projects was an organization factor came first and was at the high level. Followed by the management process factor which was also at the high level as well. The study of the level of success of implementation of projects according to government action plans found that the staff within the department could apply the knowledge gained from various projects to develop their work potential came first and was at the highest level. Followed by the staff could implement the project to achieve the objectives of the policy and strategy was not less than 80% was also at the highest level. The analysis of the relationship between factors affecting the success of the implementation of projects according to government action plans found that factors in management process and the organization could be used to predict the success of the implementation of projects according to government action plans was significant at the .05 level which has a forecasting accuracy of 65.80% and the success of the project with the management process and organizational factors were moderately related and the direction of the relationship was in the same direction.
