ความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนา กรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนา กรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือนักเรียนนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนา โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการสำรวจ จำนวน 360 ตัวอย่าง สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบ สมมติฐานความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยของประชากรทั้ง 2 กลุ่มที่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน (Independent Samples t-test) และทดสอบสมมติฐานความแปรปรวนทางเดียวของประชากรมากกว่า 2 กลุ่มขึ้นไป (Analysis of Variance: ANOVA) หากมีความแตกต่างจะทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธี Least Significant Difference (LSD) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย ส่วนใหญ่มีอายุ 17-19 ปี ศึกษาในระดับ ปวช. 1 สาขาวิชาพณิชยการ ความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารการศึกษาโดย รวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยความพึงพอใจในด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านครูที่ปรึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้าน กิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ด้านอาคารสถานที่และภูมิทัศน์ ด้านการให้บริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอยู่ ในระดับปานกลาง ผลการวิเคราะห์สมมติฐานพบว่า ผู้เรียนที่มีเพศต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อด้าน ครูผู้สอน ด้านครูที่ปรึกษา ด้านกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ด้านอาคารสถานที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนผู้เรียนที่มี อายุ ระดับการศึกษาและสาขาวิชาต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อด้านครูผู้สอน ครูที่ปรึกษาไม่แตกต่างกัน และผู้เรียนที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษาและสาขาวิชาต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อด้านกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ด้านอาคารสถานที่และภูมิทัศน์ และด้านการให้บริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกแตกต่างกันอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และการบริหารการศึกษาในด้านต่าง ๆ มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจ ของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This independent study was carried out to investigate the student satisfaction towards the educational administration of Bangna Commercial College, Bangkok. The sample of the study consisted of 360 students of Bangna Commercial College. The questionnaires were used as the data gathering instrument and the data were analyzed applying Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Independent Samples t-test, Analysis of Variance: ANOVA, Least Significant Difference (LSD), and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of the study indicated that the majority of the respondents were female, between 17-19 years old, first-year students in vocational education, and majoring in commerce. The student satisfaction towards the educational administration of Bangna Commercial College in overall aspects was shown at a moderate level. The student satisfaction in the aspects of teachers, advisors, student development activities, buildings and landscape, and registration service were found at a moderate level. The results of hypothesis testing revealed that the students of Bangna Commercial College of different gender and age had no differences in the satisfaction towards the educational administration at 0.05 level of significance. The students of different education levels and majors had no differences in satisfaction towards the educational administration in the aspects of teachers and advisors, however, there was a statistical significant difference in satisfaction in the aspects of student development activities, buildings, service providing and facilities at 0.05 level. Moreover, the educational administration in all aspects had relationship with the student satisfaction at 0.05 level of significance.
