Abstract: การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กร คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือบุคลากร คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จำนวน 184 คน ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาประกอบด้วยความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ประกอบด้วย Independent Sample t-test, One-Way ANOVA และ Paired sample t-test ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุอยู่ในช่วง 35ปี ไม่เกิน 45 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรีและปริญญาตรีเท่ากัน สถานภาพสมสรส่วนใหญ่สมรส/อยู่ด้วยกัน รายได้ต่อเดือนอยู่ในช่วงต่ำกว่า 10,000 บาท ประเภทบุคลากรส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในกลุ่มลูกจ้างชั่วคราว สำหรับระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานส่วนใหญ่ 10 ปีไม่เกิน 20 ปี สำหรับผลการศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของบุคลากรพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่าบุคลากรที่มีข้อมูลทั่วไปด้านเพศ อายุ รายได้ต่อเดือนประเภทบุคลากร ระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงานที่แตกต่างกันมีความผูกพันต่อองค์กรไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส ที่แตกต่างกันมีคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 และผลการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กร พบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยมีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลางและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน
The objectives of this independent study were to investigate the quality of work life and organizational commitment of the personnel in the Faculty of Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, and to compare the quality of work life with organizational commitment. The sample of the study, drawn by the method of simple random sampling, comprised of 184 personnel in the Faculty of Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics which included Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation, as well as inferential statistics which included Independent Sample t-test, One- Way ANOVA, and Paired sample t-test. The significance level was performed at 0.05. The results of the study showed that the majority of the respondents were male, 35-45 years old, earned Bachelor’s degree and lower than Bachelor’s degree, were married/cohabiting, had average monthly income less than 10,000 Baht, were hired as casual employees, had between 10-20 years of work experience. The result of the study on the personnel’s opinion concerning the quality of work life demonstrated a high level. The results of hypothesis test showed that different gender, age, monthly income, personnel type, and work experience caused no differences in the organizational commitment. Different level of education and marital status had differences in the quality of work at 0.05 level of significance. The quality of work life had the relationship with the organizational commitment at 0.01 level of significance. The results of the study demonstrated that the relationship was at the moderate level.
