ความสามารถในการลดต้นทุนโดยการใช้การขนส่งต่อเนื่องหลายรูปแบบ ของอุตสาหกรรมเครือข่ายโทรคมนาคมพื้นฐาน

Abstract

จากสภาวะราคาพลังงานที่สูงขึ้นส่งผลให้ธุรกิจ อุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ ต้องหาวิธีการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานเพื่อลดต้นทุนการขนส่งสินค้า งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการลดต้นทุนโดยการใช้ การขนส่งต่อเนื่องหลายรูปแบบ ของ อุตสาหกรรมเครือข่ายโทรคมนาคมพื้นฐาน จากการศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง บริษัท ขนส่ง จำนวน 10 แห่ง โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ พบว่า ความสามารถในการลดต้นทุนนั้นสามารถทำได้โดยแนวทางแก้ไขที่ใช้ดำเนินการในการลดค่าใช้จ่ายจากการขนส่งสินค้า ได้แก่ 1) ทำการศึกษาข้อมูลเส้นทางขนส่งเดิมของบริษัท เพื่อให้ทราบเส้นทางหลักที่ใช้ ในการดำเนินงาน 2) ศึกษาระบบขนส่งที่สามารถนำมาใช้ในการลดต้นทุนได้ 3) ออกแบบเส้นทางจำลอง เพื่อให้เห็นภาพในการวิจัยว่าจากการจำลองเส้นทางสามารถลดต้นทุนได้หรือไม่ จากการปรับปรุงตามขั้นตอนวิจัย เปรียบเทียบก่อนการปรับปรุงและหลังการปรับปรุงพบว่า สามารถลดค่าใช้จ่ายการส่งสินค้าที่เกิดขึ้นได้ แต่มีขั้นตอนในการดำเนินงานเพิ่มขึ้น เนื่องจากเส้นทาง หลักมีระยะเวลาที่น้อยกว่าเส้นทางอื่นคือ 6 วัน 12 ชั่วโมง มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงานอยู่ที่ 16,580 บาท ผู้วิจัยได้จำลองเส้นทางออกมาอีก 2 เส้นทางเพื่อต้องการทราบว่ามีเส้นทางไหนที่สามารถลดต้นทุนทางด้านการขนส่งให้แก่บริษัทได้ จากผลการวิจัยทำให้ทราบว่าเส้นทางจำลองที่ 1 ซึ่งเป็นเส้นทางที่มีค่าใช้จ่ายทางด้านการขนส่งน้อยที่สุด คิดเป็น 7.30 % ของค่าขนส่งเส้นทางหลัก และคิดเป็น 8.10 % ของค่าขนส่งเส้นทางจำลองที่ 2

With high energy cost nowadays has directly affected to many industries, there is required for the another solution for effective cost reduction of transportation. This study aims to analyze the cost reduction in transportation by using “Multimodal Transport” strategy for telecommunication business. From the study of sample of 10 transport companies by using the interview method, the result revealed that the capability of cost reduction can be made by creating solution for transportation’s cost reduction such as 1) the study of current route to explore the current transportation cost; 2) the study of transportation system which can be applied for cost reduction; 3) the simulative transportation’s route for landscape analysis to gathering information of cost reduction apply. Regarding to the development of this study, there are comparisons of before and after developments as well as the result found that there is a cost reduction with its time limitations. Because of the main route has shorter than other routes for 6 days 12 hour with the cost of 16,580 Baht. The researcher simulates another 2 routes to know the exact routes that lowest cost to the company. The result found that simulative route no.1 has lowest transportation cost at 7.30 % from the current route, when comparing with simulative route no.2 at 8.10 % lower.
