การศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการอาคารเรียนรวมและปฏิบัติการ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1)เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษา บุคลากร และอาจารย์ ที่ใช้บริการ อาคารเรียนรวมและปฏิบัติการ (2)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการอาคารเรียนรวมและปฏิบัติการ ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกัน (3)เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาปรับปรุงอาคารเรียนรวมและปฏิบัติการ จากนักศึกษา บุคลากร และอาจารย์ ที่ใช้บริการ อาคารเรียนรวมและปฏิบัติการ

ประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี บุคคลากร และอาจารย์ผู้สอนของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ ใช้วิธีการเลือกสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เพื่อใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละจากข้อมูลลักษณะทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ระดับความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการอาคารเรียนรวมและปฏิบัติการโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย (X )และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2 กลุ่ม โดยใช้การทดสอบค่า T-test และความพึงพอใจระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มากกว่า 2 กลุ่มขึ้นไป โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way Analysis of Variance) โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 18-20 ปี มีสถานภาพเป็นนักศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจและคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ใช้บริการเป็นประจำทุกสัปดาห์ 0จากสรุปผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยความพึงพอใจ0พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการอาคารเรียนรวมและปฏิบัติการ อยู่ในระดับ มาก ประเด็นที่ผู้ใช้บริการมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด คือ ด้านห้องเรียน ห้องปฏิบัติการ อุปกรณ์การศึกษา รองลงมาคือ ด้านระบบสาธารณูปโภคและความปลอดภัย และลำดับสุดท้าย ด้านการบริการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก

ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า บุคคลมีเพศต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการอาคารเรียนรวมและปฏิบัติการ ไม่แตกต่างกัน บุคคลที่มีอายุต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการอาคารเรียนรวมและปฏิบัติการ แตกต่างกัน บุคคลที่มีสถานภาพที่แตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการอาคารเรียนรวมและปฏิบัติการ แตกต่างกันในด้านด้านระบบสาธารณูปโภคและความปลอดภัยและด้านการบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ส่วนด้านห้องเรียน ห้องปฏิบัติอุปกรณ์การศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน บุคคลที่อยู่คณะที่แตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการอาคารเรียนรวมและปฏิบัติการ แตกต่างกันในด้านการบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ส่วนด้านห้องเรียน ห้องปฏิบัติอุปกรณ์การศึกษา และด้านระบบสาธารณูปโภคและความปลอดภัย ไม่แตกต่างกัน

The purposes of this research were to. (1) to study the satisfaction of students, staffs and instructors (2) to compare the satisfaction of users of RMUTT Central Building between different personal factors. (3) To study the guidelines for the improvement of the RMUTT Central Building of students, staffs and instructors. The sample population used in this research were 400 students, staff and instructors of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The tools used to collect the research data were questionnaires and interview forms. How to choose a random coincidence. To use the questionnaire with the sample. Data were analyzed by percentage from the general characteristics of the respondents. The level of opinion on the satisfaction of the users of the RMUTT Central Building was measured by the average (X) and standard deviation (SD) and the mean satisfaction (SD) Grouped using T-test and satisfaction scores between the mean of more than 2 groups use One Way analysis of variance using one software package. The results of this research found that Most respondents were female than male, aged 18-20 years, the status of a student. Faculty of Business Administration and Faculty of Engineering Most respondents use the service on a weekly basis. Based on the results of the analysis, the satisfaction factor was found that. Most respondents They were satisfied with the use of the RMUTT Central Building the high level. The most satisfying issue was the classroom laboratory Educational Equipment. Secondly, Utilities and security. And last Facility Services. The hypothesis test showed that individuals had different sex. Satisfied with the use of the combined RMUTT Central Building. not different People of different ages. Different in terms of Utilities and security, and Facility Services. Classroom laboratory Educational Equipment not different.
